Sabine Bachmann with her sons, Armando Gagliano (left) and John Paul Gagliano (right).
Growing up in rural Germany, and spending time in Parma, Italy and southern France, Sabine’s European charm and impeccable taste for good food and wine has brought success to her Memphis restaurants.

The oldest of three boys, Armando grew up in the kitchen with Sabine and developed a true love for cooking. Now as Sabine’s Head Chef and a recent graduate of the Italian Culinary Institute, Armando displays his knowledge, mastered skill and creativity in each dish he creates.

John Paul Gagliano
Manager of both Ecco on Overton Park and Libro at Laurelwood, John Paul is a Business Management graduate and true family man. John Paul oversees the day to day operations of both restaurants, and believes in hard work, hospitality and the ability to exceed expectations every time.
